Online Media Firm is looking for a new Internet Advertising Sales Representative. All Leads are provided.

Our Online Media Firm could easily be the next YouTube or MySpace with your help. Get in on the ground floor and be a part of the next big Internet deal. We are looking for someone to grow with the company with a possible sales management position down the road for right person. To start you will receive a generous commission of up to $1000 for each sale closed.

Just so we don't waste each other’s time we want to make it clear this is a Temp-to-Perm contact position. Commission only to start out. To compensate for this we have a generous commission of up to $1000 for each sale closed. The right person should definitely make $100k+.

Our firm provides targeted "pay for performance" marketing and lead generation services to the Franchising, Travel, and Financial Services industries.

You would be selling "pay for performance" advertising to our client base of Franchising, Travel, and Financial Services providers.

You will work from your home sales office to start. Candidates must have a current computer with access to high-speed Internet service. Must have a phone number with voice mail to take and make sales calls. (Vonage or Cellphone is fine.)

The vast majority of your business will be conducted on the phone, but this is not a telemarketing job! We are looking for sales types who know how to identify, acquire, and develop new accounts that can fuel the growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities include:
- Attain sales quotas
- Manage all aspects of sales cycle to maximize profitability
- Prospect for additional business customers through warm/cold calling, personal networking, and lead generation
--Generate own correspondence
--Record detailed notes in an efficient manner
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Educate customers by serving as consultant to our products and services
- Provide optimum customer service (answer questions and "be there" for them)
- Provide feedback internally regarding what products and features should be developed, what pricing will be effective, etc.

Our REQUIREMENTS Include:
- Education: High School Diploma. Degree in Marketing a plus
- Experience: At least 1 year of past media sales experience conducting warm/cold telesales calls a must
- Past experience selling Internet media and web hosting products/services

Other abilities that would be nice:
- Past consultative role educating customers on technical products a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior sales and influencing skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
- Ability to manage own workload and time
- Proficiency/knowledge with ACT, and other basic computer programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Energetic / outgoing personality a must
- Ability to write customer proposals / emails clearly
- Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
